What We Do

We provide comprehensive QDDP support, monthly documentation review, person-centered planning, provider coaching, compliance audits, progress note oversight, staff training, and participation in official meetings (ISP, SIS, medication reviews, and more). We work directly with providers to ensure that individuals with developmental disabilities receive services that are safe, ethical, personalized, and fully compliant with state and federal standards.
